WARRANTY: All products, excluding lamps, ballasts, and transformers, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of invoice. Lamps, ballasts, and transformers are covered to the extent of applicable warranties from the manufacturers of those products. Manufacturing defects must be returned prepaid to ZANEEN and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and returned freight prepaid. ZANEEN will not be held liable for labor, installation, penalty, or other consequential and/or incidental charges.
