***Please be advised that discounts or order cancellations for refund or replacements can not be applied after your order has been shipped. Please call us for further assistance. ***FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASES OVER $99: Please be advised that Free Shipping on purchases over $99 applies to non-freight/overweight items. Some products will reflect a shipping charge due to its size and/or weight and shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart. RETURNS: Returns must be made within 14 days from delivery date (date received). Please refer to our list of manufacturers and their individual return policies as well.

All returns must be advised to us immediately and require proper instructions to obtain authorization code, and/or a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining proper instructions, otherwise if the intended returned item is sent to the wrong address, a fee may apply. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a credit within 4-6 weeks to the credit card used to make the purchase in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented, send your package via a prepaid, insured and traceable method/shipper such as UPS or FedEx.

We apologize if merchandise was sent to you incorrectly. If this happens to be the case, please call us for further assistance.

Return fees, charges, and restrictions may apply depending on manufacturer. Please review the list below for further important information. If you do not see the manufacturer's name listed below, please give us a call or click our Live Help button in our home page.

Returns that arrive directly to us UpscaleLighting.com at our Brooklyn location without an authorization code will not be accepted. Please call prior to sending an item to obtain a return confirmation# from us. Otherwise unauthorized packages will be returned to sender.

Packages shipped to you and refused, will be considered as returned order and charges may apply.

Shipping Information

MANUFACTURER'S SHIPPING and RETURN INFORMATION. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO AVAILABILITY, AND SHIPPING DESTINATION:

DAHLHAUS, ROBERS, MIDGARD = Shipping is always 7.5% of the Sales Price.
Your order will be shipped via UPS. Shipping of all orders is subject to verification for security purposes. Orders will be processed and shipped within the below listed time schedules.

Italuce:  Usually ships within 2-3 days, plus transit time. Call for return information.
Dahlhaus:  All items are custom made. Usually ships from our Brooklyn location within 4-6 weeks. Please call for return policy.
American De- Rosa: Usually ships within 2-3 business days, plus transit time. Call for return information
ET2:  usually ships within 5-7 business days, plus transit time(non-defective returns are subject to 25% Re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and package.
Meyda Tiffany:  Usually ships within 3-5 business days, plus transit time. (non-defective returns are subject to 25% Re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and package.
New Orleans Gas Lanterns: Usually ships within 48 hours, plus transit time, and if no fabrication is required. Call for return information
Harris Marcus:  Usually ships within in 5-7 business days, plus transit time (non-defective returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee
Maxim:  Usually ships within 5-7 business days, plus transit time (non-defective returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee). Items must be returned in original condition and package.
Concord:  Usually ships within 2-3 business days, plus transit time.(non-defective returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee
Yosemite: Usually ships within 2-3 business days, plus transit time. (non-defective returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and package.
Robers: All items are custom made. Usually ships from our Brooklyn location within 4-6 weeks. Items must be returned in original condition and package.
Midgard:  Usually ships within 4-6 weeks. Call for return information
Varaluz: Usually ships within 2-3 business days, plus transit time. (non-defective returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee)
Jubilee:  Usually ships within 2-5 business days, plus transit time. Defective items must be returned within 10 days. Non-defective retunrs are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
RAM: Usually ships within 2-3 business days, plus transit time. (non-defective returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and package.
Glow:  Some chandeliers will require 4-5 weeks, plus transit time. However, shipping time for in-stock items is usually 5-7 days plus transit time. Returns within 30 days from shipping date will be subject to 35% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and package. No returns or refunds after 30 days from shipping date.
Nulco:  Usually ships within 2-3 business days, plus transit time. (defective items must be returned within 3 days. Non-defective returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and package.
Permalite:  Usually ships within 1-2 business days, plus transit time. (non-defective returns are subject to 30% re-stocking fee)
Craftmade:  Usually ships within 2-4 business days, plus transit time. Defective items must be returned within 10 days or 20% re-stocking fee after 10 days. Items must be returned in original condition and package.
Crystorama:  Usually ships within 5-7 business days, plus transit time. Defective items must be returned within 10 days or 25% re-stocking fee after 10 days. Items must be returned in original condition and package.
Kichler:  Ships within 3 Business days if Item is in stock. Non-defective items are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Defective items must be return within 14 business and must be returned in original condition and package.
Ulextra:  Usually ships within 5-7 business days, plus transit time. Call for return information.
Vaxcel:  Usually ships within 1-2 business days, plus transit time. (non-defective returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee)
Lemnis/PHAROX: If in stock, it Usually ships within 1-2 business days. *** IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION: Returns must be made within 14 days from shipping date. We ensure all light bulbs are tested prior to shipping. If for any reason, bulb arrives defective, you must call us to advise us of your return. Defective light bulbs MUST BE RETURNED VIA A TRACKABLE SHIPPER, example: UPS. We will NOT replace any ligh bulb/s unless a return receipt is confirmed and bulb has been tested to confirm non-working condition. No Exceptions.
Lumax:  Usually ships within 5-7 business days.(non-defective returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and package.

Shipping: All orders, are shipped via UPS Ground Service, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or freight company. Residents outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please call us first at 1-866-571-4764 or email customerservice@upscalelighting.com and provide us with your shipping address. We will try our best to fullfill your order the best way possible. However, due to some unforseenable circumstances, some orders will not be able to be processed and shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States unless customer agrees to pay the shipping cost. Shipping charges outside contiguous 48 United States are based on size of shipping box (s), shipping weight, city and destination Zip Code. Items ordered together with a different manufacturer, are not neccessarily shipped simultaneously. Please be advised that UPS does NOT deliver to PO, APO/FPO addresses.

Any other service other than Regular UPS Ground service, must be notified to us immediately after placing the order or by adding your request in your shopping cart comments box. Additional charges will apply. Any order placed cannot be cancelled after shipment, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

International Shipping
Custom charges for shipments made outside US will have to be paid by the customer. UpscaleLighting.com does charge your credit card immediately at time the time of your order.
Taxes
No Sales Tax will be collected except for shipments to a New York address.
If your order is being sent to a NY address, a sales tax of 8.375 % will be collected.
